WELL HELLO THERE SAN FRANCISCO EAST BAY!
Welcome to my little corner of the internet. Please get cozy and make yourself at home. In addition to being the friendly face behind the camera here in my East Bay, CA family portrait studio , I am also a wife, mom to two humans, two dogs, and four chickens. I am a native Californian who loves spending her free time exploring the US one road trip at a time (currently 29 states and counting!) I serve the East Bay cities Pleasanton, Livermore, Dublin, San Ramon, Danville, Walnut Creek, Lafayette, and beyond to the entire Bay Area and Northern California.
Two things you should know about me:
1.) When it comes to being a mom I have watched with my own eyes how quickly time slips through our fingers. One moment you have a tiny baby nestled in the crook of your arm, then you blink and that babe is now getting their driver's permit. It can feel surreal to watch your family grow up and it just makes time feel profoundly short. It wasn't until I became a parent that I understood how true the quote "the days are long but the years are short" really was. I will honor the importance of your family's story and the pride you take in celebrating life with them. Preserving your story and this precious moment in time so you can savor it for years to come is my passion.
2.) You are valued. For me it's important you know that! I am not just a photographer, I am also in the business of building relationships. It has been a privilege to visit with my clients year after year and I feel fortunate that this is my job. I want you to expect a warm, safe and inviting experience with confidence in posing, an in-person design and order session, luxury heirloom products, and joy in watching your family's images come to life in your home.

Life gets busy and time slips away. Those family portraits just seem to get placed on the back burner for so many reasons: our schedules are packed, we want to wait until we lose that extra ten pounds, putting together everyone's clothes is just so much work, my family doesn't want to, the list goes on.
Before you know it years have passed and your daughter's gap toothed smile has been replaced by braces and your son's pudgy little hand is now as big as yours. Here's the thing, years down the road when your kids and grandkids look at your family photos they won't care about the clothes or that extra ten pounds. They won't care that that they didn't want to take the photos and may even laugh about it. They will care about the feeling of what it meant to be a part of your unique family. They will care about how safe they felt in their mom's arms or how tall they felt riding on dad's shoulders. It's these snippets of time your family will value because these moments are priceless and short.
Let me worry about your session for you, you have enough on your plate. I want you to savor the portrait experience. You need an seasoned photographer who specializes in families, guides you with gentle posing so you look your best but still have authentic moments, makes you laugh, takes a genuine interest in your family so your story shines, and creates images that captures so much more than a basic posed photo.
It feels like only yesterday when your family's story began. Some begin with a walk down the aisle, others begin with the birth of a child, and others begin with the blending of two families. However your story looks they all have one thing in common, they are each unique in their own special way. As you travel along life's bumpy but glorious road together you create new chapters in your story. Let's preserve that together.
This time with your children is unbelievably short. When we left our daughter at college my heart broke at how quickly those 18 years flew by and how our family was going to dramatically change now that we were all no longer under one roof. Your family portrait session is important to me because I know how priceless these photos are. My goal for you is to just sit back and enjoy this time. I want you all to savor the experience and togetherness, I want your kids to have fun, and I want your husband to think taking family photos isn't so bad after all. Being a full service studio means from that first inquiry to the delivery of your portraits I will be supporting you so you can focus on your family.
